the history

The Vermont Maple Granola Company was founded in 2008 by two moms, Beth and Lisa, who shared a recipe for uncommonly delicious granola. Pure maple syrup made by their neighbors in Southern Vermont was the key ingredient, along with their commitment to quality and attention to detail. Beth and Lisa sold several varieties of their maple granola at farmers markets in Dorset, Manchester, and Rutland, Vermont, as well as online and to area retail stores and wholesale customers throughout New England.
